What is Lagree Fitness?

Lagree Fitness is a Pilates based workout infused with cardio and strength training for absolute body transformation! Simply put, it is the most aggressive and innovative approach to optimal body sculpting.

The intense 45-minute routines on the 2019 state of the art Megaformers™ add a unique twist to traditional reformer Pilates; combining cardio and strength training performed in a circuit training sequence to strengthen, tone and lengthen the entire body.

This is my first time doing Lagree Fitness – Should I take a private session first?

It depends on your current fitness level. Most of our new students do great in the group classes. The workout is intense, the routine is kept simple and the instructors are here to make sure everyone is using good form. However, if you have chronic back pain, painful joints, a severe medical condition or have not been physically active in the past, it is recommended to take a private session first to assess your fitness level.

How often should I take Lagree Fitness classes?

The workout is designed to work your body to muscle fatigue at which point you need to rest. Depending on your fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you will need more or less time to recover. We would recommend 2 to 3 times a week to allow your body to properly recover and repair. Some students love the workout so much that they come 5 or 6 times a week. Listen to your body.

How many calories will I burn with Lagree Fitness?

You will burn 500-700 calories during class. Since it's a slow burn workout, the body will continue to burn calories for a few hours after!

What should I bring to class?

  • Come with a positive attitude, you may bring your stress but plan on leaving it behind when you leave!
  • Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and your body can breathe. Preferably not to loose or baggy so instructors are able to see your alignment and form.
  • Grip socks are required and available for purchase at the studio.
  • There is a water cooler; however some students prefer to bring their own.
  • This workout will make you sweat, so bring a towel.
  • Please do not bring jewelry, strong perfume, lotions or oils and silence your cell phones. Thank you!

How do I buy classes, monthly memberships or packages, and schedule classes?

Someone is usually available during class hours to answer any questions you may have. We highly recommend that all of our clients become familiar with our automated online booking system so you the client can be in complete control. You will be asked to create a profile, login, and password. You will also be asked for a credit card to keep on file, which can be used for purchases, as well as any late charges. Our automated online booking system can be found on our homepage at www.seafitstudio.com, as well as throughout this website. Once you have created an account, you can view the class schedule or purchase sessions or monthly memberships that fit your needs. If you forget your password or need more info, please call us or send an email to info@seafithb.com. All classes must be pre-paid. You will not be able to book a class or add yourself to a wait list without first making a purchase.

Are my purchases refundable or transferable?

Sorry, but all purchases are final, and are not transferable. Some of our memberships require signing a contract for auto-payments. Please make sure that you look these over carefully and fully understand the rules before signing them. Class packages cannot be shared.

What if I can't come to class and I have already been confirmed? Will I be charged?

Yes, even if it's your first time. We require a 12-hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged for the class you reserve. Regular session members will lose that session and monthly members will be charged a $15 fee to the credit card on file. If you cancel within 2 hours or do not show up it is considered a no show with a $25 no show fee charged to the credit card on file. If a valid credit card is not on file, the account is subject to immediate termination.

May I bring my children to class if they sit quietly while I work out?

Honestly, we would love to meet your adorable children, but due to safety and insurance concerns we cannot allow children to stay in the studio while class is in session. It is not safe to have little hands near the machines or to have other clients distracted while they are in poses that require concentration and balance. Same rule applies for your furry friends too.
