"SeaFit Studio is a Pilates-based workout that is concise, challenging and instantly rewarding. First, it involves strength training that requires the use of muscles that aren't normally targeted in other workouts. Second, it increases your heart rate to calorie burning and cardiovascular benefit levels. According to my heart-rate monitor, I burn from 400-600 calories during each class, while building muscle!! The best thing about this workout is that you will not plateau. "I require working out daily and love to be in a group atmosphere for the motivation. Having been a gym rat for many years and attending many different classes the boredom would still set in. This is not the case with Lagree Fitness! I wish I could feel the way I do after class all day long. I have so much more energy and feel stronger with each class. The Instructors are upbeat and watch to make sure you are doing the moves properly and not slacking at the same time, great motivational techniques as if you are at a private lesson. After being in a car accident, I was going to physical therapy to strengthen my neck, nothing worked. The amounts of exercises are countless and every class is a new challenge, keeping your body guessing and the classes more fun. The diversity of exercises, coupled with the aggressive change in routine from day to day as well as from instructor to instructor, offers a workout that is challenging, fun, and effective. "SeaFit is the answer for anyone looking to get a maximal workout in a minimal amount of time... in fact, most days I doubt I could go much longer than 45 mins! As a working mother of two kids I had been relegated to typical workouts at the gym, but never looked forward to smelling that place ;) And in my former life I was a personal trainer and have a bachelors in exercise science so I was always looking for fun and different but efficient ways to work out that really made physiological sense. The gym offers a good social hour but not a great way to work out. Lagree Fitness has intense one minute intervals that keep your heart rate up, build strength and gave me back my awesome arms! The ability to individualize their class format is also one of the strengths of Lagree Fitness. I love it!"

"Lagree Fitness is a great workout. I'm a backpacker. This summer I hiked the John Muir Trail - 236 miles. I got in pretty good shape or so I thought. This workout kicks my butt! "I am a mother of two young children and part time marketing consultant who has rarely exercised over the past 6 years. The reasons for my sedentary status was simple: (1)I never enjoyed exercise, in fact, I despised working out, and (2)to get the results I wanted, I would have to spend more time than I have at the gym.
